GLAD is going to be pissed they didn't think of this first

Louis Vuitton, the designers famed for their ever so chic handbags, have now reinvented…the plastic trash bag. Now, I am torn between whether I love the conceptual design of this bag, or whether I’m insulted that Louis Vuitton would attempt to sell me what is essentially a garbage bag for nearly $2,000. The Louis Raindrop Besace bags are available in two colors and are in fact made out of leather, it’s saving grace, that is only made to look like plastic. It also has a detachable leather strap…in case you actually need to use it for your trash? I am definitely drawn to unique designs, but they are walking a thin line with this bag. Or maybe I’m wrong and this bag is actually and intellectuals bag, a satire on the amount of shit we women carry along with us. Either way, I’d first resort to carrying one of my GLAD bags around without thinking twice about the Louis trash bag purse.

One more design after the Jump…
