Magnetic Man is the product of every dubstep fan’s wildest dream, a collaboration between two of the top minds in the genre – DJ Skream and Benga. Upcoming producer Artwork is also involved in the project, but with all due respect he’s not on his collaborator’s level…not yet, anyways. Live Magnetic Man performs using three Apple Macbook Pros, one playing drum samples and loops, one playing basslines and the third playing lead sounds and samples, with Artwork controlling the master laptop. The mix runs through the various sub-genres of dubstep, taking the listener on a dark, bass-driven journey of subsonic goodness. It’s summertime kids, bang it.
