The $1,255,000 Zenvo ST1

An Indiana-based company called Red Sea Distribution has announced that it will begin importing the Danish-built Zenvo ST1 supercar to customers in the United States. Although not the first country you think of when one utters the word supercar, Denmark’s ST1 blows anything most of the free world has ever built. The mid-engined supercar is powered by a 7.0-liter turbocharged and supercharged V-8, boasts 1,104 horsepower and a 0-60 click of just 3 seconds — numbers which are simply ludicrous. Featuring a steel frame wrapped in carbon fiber and an alcantara leather trimmed interior, the ST1 is electronically limited to 232 mph for safety and legal reasons. So how much will all this power and urban terror run you? Oh, about $1,255,000 — but don’t get your checkbook out just yet, Zenvo only plans to handbuild 15 ST1s per year.
