The film TT3D: Closer to the Edge is a documentary following British motorcycle racer Guy Martin as he attempts to race — and win — the Isle of Man TT, arguably the most storied and difficult motorcycle race in the world. Located halfway between England and Ireland, the Isle of Man has for over 100 years been a grueling test of a racer’s mettle, and the film follows several riders in the days leading up to the 2010 edition as they all try to capture the hallowed Isle of Man Tourist Trophy. Directed by Richard De Aragues, the racing footage looks absolutely electric — but the big question is will the 3D augment the experience to edge-of-your-seat levels, or leave the viewer dry-heaving in his seat from motion sickness? TT3D: Closer to the Edge came out last Friday, check the site for showtimes and locations.
