“Time to nut up or shut up” is one of the best lines from Zombieland, and Tallahassee — the character from the 2009 movie — had it right when he coined it. When things turn into an all-out battle royal dead person eating fest, it’s survival of the fittest. However, I’d like to think that had the main protagonist Columbus heard of the Ka-Bar Zombie knives he would’ve not only replaced them on his Must Have list of surviving in the zombie-infested world, but he would’ve placed them even higher than avoiding strip clubs (that’s a big no-no in the Zombie Apocalypse). Military supplier Ka-Bar has just announced a collection of weapons to thwart the next threat to humankind: fighting off zombie hordes. The line includes the War Sword, Death Dagger, Pestilence Chopper, Acheron Skeleton and Famine Tanto. These tactical knives feature green handles, you know, so you can pick them up when the adrenaline is pumping and you’re about to go toe-to-toe with a man-eating lady… literally. Of course if you like the zombie hunting game, they come with replacement handles that are black so you can sneak up on the mindless brain eaters without being seen. Prices for the collection range from $13-$70.
