Oxelo Skateboarders make grown Indian men look in wonder
This quite beatufiuflly shot video follows the French skateboard company Oxelo‘s team as it tours India (Bangalore, Jaipur, Delhi and Agra). While it’s common to see youth beguiled by pro skaters the world over, I love seeing the innocence and wonder that the grown Indians watch with as they applaud the much younger skaters. And why not? It’s always pretty incredible what kind of shit pro skaters can pull off, regardless of nationality. It would be great if mainstream American adults stopped eyeng the sport with such unnecessary suspicion and actually opened up their eyes to appreciate its inherent art + determination + athelticism…
