Recently Peugeot has put an emphasis on design with many of its automotive concepts, and it continues that trend with this DL122 Bike. The urban 2-wheeled concept is constructed of high end materials such as wood, aluminum and leather, but it is the DL122’s center in-frame laptop compartment that really separates its design from the pack. Not only does the lockable compartment hold a laptop, briefcase or pack of papers/folders, but the center positioning lends the bike a superior balance and lower center of gravity (as opposed to a basket, for instance). No word yet on production date or price, but we’ll keep our eyes open for this one.
