The great Junya Watanabe returns with the latest from his Comme des Garçon’s sub label MAN’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection. As can be expected from Watanabe, the MAN collection of outerwear features masculine cues like Paraffin waxed fabrics and hunting silhouettes, while adding his signature use of multiple textiles and handmade construction. Collaborations with Duvetica feature their famed Italian down vests, and others with Seil Marschall include German hunting jackets and a cotton shoulder bag. Expect plenty of Paraffin waxed cotton, moleskin, cotton twill, leather elements and more. Of course since it’s CdG and Junya Watanabe, you can also expect to pay big bucks.
