Entry level goodness from renowned German tuners

We covered the Mercedes-Benz GLA Concept over a year ago when it made its debut, and then really went deep when we took Merc’s new crossover SUV to Coachella. With big sales surely on the horizon, it was only a matter of time until renowned German tuners BRABUS got their fine engineering paws on the vehicle. The kit includes a strikingly styled designer outfit with distinctive off-road highlights, such as massive tailor-made 21″ BRABUS Monoblock wheels. They also include suspension components that allow lowering or raising the ride height of the compact SUV to suit the owner’s personal preferences. But BRABUS isn’t all about looks, you can expect a hefty jolt of performance added to any vehicle in their shop. In the GLA’s case, the turbocharged 2-liter four-banger gets boosted to from a base 208-horsepower to 400 (394 bhp), with 294 kW of torque. Stainless-steel sport quad exhausts and custom interior options finish off the crossover SUV.
