You may remember when Nike sent us their new FuelBand a couple months ago to test out, of which we picked out some pros and cons, and gave it the ultimate test as we raced around frozen Swedish lakes in a fleet of Mercedes AMG’s. Now Nike’s coming out with a new look for the motivational training gadget which would have been more appropriate for our Arctic Circle racing adventure, called Nike+ FuelBand ICE. The cover is transparent and looks frosted, allowing users to see the technology that calculates your statistics; the name comes from the trophy received when the user doubles their daily goal on the Nike+ FuelBand application. The Nike+ FuelBand ICE will be available July 27th at NikeTown locations in London, San Francisco, and New York. It will also be available online starting August 12th.
