Great looking piece of furniture here from Tokyo based Keiji Design. Love the unconventional design. Wonder how sturdy it is when you have all 3 drawers open and a bunch of stuff in them, though? It does seem like it could be totally unbalanced if the base isn’t super weighed down. But given the fact that Keiji Ashizawa is widely experienced in the design and construction of residential buildings, multi dwelling houses, commercial and institutional buildings … not just furniture and lighting design… I’d bet the powers that be have worked out all those details.
