In case you missed it, the Beastie Boys released a trailer for an upcoming short film Fight For Your Right — Revisited this weekend. Made in conjunction with the release of their eighth album, Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, the 30-minute film revolves around the Beastie Boys from the the future meeting the Beastie Boys from the past. Will Ferrell, Jack Black and John C. Reilly star as the Future Beasties, and Danny McBride, Elijah Wood and Seth Rogan perform as the Past Beasties, with Ted Danson, Susan Sarandon, Rainn Wilson, Chloe Sevigny and more making cameos. Perhaps the most surprising revelation is Elijah Wood’s turn as Ad Rock — who knew he could pull such a spot on imitation of Mr. Horowitz? Welcome back Boys…
