Clarks Originals, the British shoe manufacturer and retailer based in Somerset, England has introduced a capsule Spring/Summer 2012 collection as an ode to British Rock Royalty. In 1950, Clark’s launched their iconic Desert Boot which went on to be a huge success, and with this British Rock Royalty collection they’re giving it an update. In this case, they’re introducing two updated styles as a tribute to England’s rich rock history. The first shoe has a Union Jack design (above) and the other features accents that are similar to the uniform of the guards at Buckingham Palace (below). Both will be released in the UK next year to celebrate both Clarks Originals’ ongoing support of the British music scene as well as the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Check out their other styles here.
