A handmade Swedish rifle designed in homage to Norse god

Drawing inspiration from Viking mythology, the VO Viking Odin is the latest in a line of exclusive rifles by the Swedish gun and rifle maker VO Vapanhas. Perhaps inspired by the gorgeous Natalie Portman’s turn in Thor, the VO Viking Odin is built for the Gods — each gun featuring carvings of different mythological figures, including Odin himself with ravens Hugin and Munin on a gleaming 24-carat gold background. The weapon may be a thing of beauty, but it also comes with a deadly pricetag. Sure it’s not as expensive as their Falcon Hunting Rifle, but at $300K it’ll put a hole in your wallet. Currently on display at the gunroom of William & Son, London, the VO Falcon was sold for $820,000 — making it the most expensive gun ever.
