Wooster Street Social Club opens its doors to human augmentation

Tonight at the esteemed Wooster Street Social Club the Deus Ex: Human Revolution video game is manifested into the art world via some of the world’s top contemporary artistic minds. Artists from the U.S. and Mexico — including Sam Flores, 3rassiere, Estevan Oriol, Eyeone, Jeremy Fish, Jorge Alderete, N8 Van Dyke, Rico Deniro and Robert Abeyta, Jr.  — unveil original works inspired by Deus Ex: Human Revolution’s futuristic storyline exploring the dyamics of human augmentation. The show opens privately today, Thursday, July 28 (7:00 to 10:00 PM), to the public tomorrow and runs until August 7. Proceeds from the exhibition benefit art education in schools (via Charitybuzz).
