Slovenian designer Nika Zupanc is known for reinterpreting everyday objects into sharp, user-friendly pieces. Her latest series, Cherry Lamps, pays homage to the world’s most erotic fruit in a simple manner. The lamps, produced in four different color schemes, are made of blown glass bulbs and hung on metal tubing in either a single cherry design or with two or three together. The series will be shown on September 22-25 as part of the exhibition Silent Revolutions: Contemporary Design in Slovenia at Tent London during London Design Festival.
