The standard of do-it-yourself filming gets an update

Everyone who works in any form of production knows that GoPro is pretty much the standard for do-it-yourself filming. They revolutionized the industry with their incredibly easy-to-use and convenient Hero cameras, and now they’ve taken their tech to the next level with the HD Hero 2. The new camera comes in 3 editions, each targeted for a specific function: Outdoor, Surf and Motorsports.The HD Hero 2 features an 11 megapixel sensor, full 170º wide angle lens, faster image processing, better low light performance, sharper glass lens, 120 frames per second 1080 HD filming, external microphone and is WiFi compatible. The 3 editions vary slightly depending on accessories, but all include skeleton and waterproof housings, suction cup mounts and 3-Way Pivot Arm. The GoPro HD Hero 2 Cameras are available for $300 each.
