Mondo (the gallery/shop based in Austin, TX dedicated to posters, prints and nerd-worshipping tchotchkes like this) have joined up with Retroband Toys to put out the first-ever limited-edition action figure of the overlord of zombie films, George Romero. By no coincidence, the figure was created in time with the Texas Frightmare Weekend‘s screening of Dawn of the Dead this past weekend, where screening attendants had a shot to pocket their own pocket-sized Romero doll for $100. A true novelty item for Romero freaks everywhere, you may have missed your chance at owning your own — so you just might have to try your luck on eBay.
