Marquis Daniels elevates ego-stroking to absurd new levels
This amuses me for several reasons. First off, I love the Celtics so there’s that. Second, they call the pendant “life-size” but it’s clearly not (unless you were a fetus). And third, you gotta love a guy that would wear a pendant the size of a softball over his neck, and moreover make that pendant a perfect recreation of his own face. The ego stroke is sublime — it reminds me of something Kim Jong-il would do, or Kanye, or maybe Sean Hannity if Republicans were allowed to do this type of shit. Don’t hate the player, hate the game!

Can the Celtics make a serious run for the NBA championship? After their game against the Pistons I’d say, why not! But, after their games with the Grizzlies and the Cavaliers, not so sure. Seems to be that there is an even split on opinions between possible and unlikely. Your thoughts?
I’m confused on the topic — if they play well they can beat anyone, and when they play lazy they can lose to anyone. The million dollar quesiton is did they wait too long to “flip the switch”? can they get in playoff form, or are they fooling themselves? I just watched them manhandle nuggets last night (as well as mavs last week), so maybe they’re turning the corner…time will tell!
One thing i can say for sure: SHEEDS GOTTA STOP TAKING THOSE HIDEOUS 3S!!! stay under the rim and battle for rebounds you lazy, fat slob!!! the Celts don’t need u hanging out 30 feet from the boards waiting to heave yet another leather abortion at the rim! GET SOME BOARDS!!!
