Pedal to the bar, charge your iPod
The EBIQ is a dual-purposed concept electric bike designed by Yuji Fujimura. First, when you pedal it stores energy in its lithium ion battery that you can later use to motor the bike if and when you get too lazy or tired to pedal. Secondly, it has a compartment in which you can store — and charge — that utility belt of gadgets you carry around with you every day: iPod, laptop, Blackberry, PSP, etc. An integrated screen upfront can even connect to your laptop to access internet navigation on the go. Lastly, the pedals and handlebar fold into the body to make it ideal for tight parking spaces.
