English cobbler Grenson and the Amsterdam boutique Tenue de Nîmes have just released their second collaboration, the Denim Blue boot. The material used on the limited edition boot is fine Expresso Cyclone leather combined with the roughness of British Millerain canvas — the juxtaposition of which embraces the fundamental idea of the collaboration: old meets new, rugged meets sophisticated. The inspiration for the Denim Blue boot is a vintage infantry boot from around 1890, and feature a special natural outsole with a combined logo sign and tone-on-tone leather laces. The limited run of boots are all hand-made in England and will be available exclusively at the Tenue de Nîmes Dutch denim boutique.
