So simple, so great—but I’m sure that I’m going to, or how many people would for that matter, spend time in the woods foraging for sticks that can then be turned into hangers. That’s the idea behind this product…the hooks are sold in sets of 8 but you’ve gotta get your ass outside and find fallen branches to complete the hanger. Gotta give it up to Alain Berteau (a furniture design teacher at La Cambre Art School), for looking beyond the notion of recycling to be environmentally friendly. Come on, though, hopefully people don’t actually buy these hooks from him. Considering the fact that they’re something you can pick up at your local hardware store and dude is based in Belgium buying these online throws logic out the window.
