Two of Atlanta’s finest, Killer Mike and Big Boi, are launching a spring/summer tour starting this Tuesday, April 30th, at The Vogue in Indianapolis. To celebrate this Shoes For Running tour the ATL duo are dropping this mixtape of the same name, a compilation of all their tracks together. Which is apt, seeing as Big Boi was responsible for putting Killer Mike on the map when he first appeared on Outkast’s Stankonia track “Snappin’ and Trappin'” way back in 2000. Oh yeah — and they announce on the mix that they’ll be releasing an album together later in the year, which is good news for all music heads. The mixtape was put together by Trackstar, and also offers an exclusive remix version of Big Boi’s “In The A” featuring a new verse by Killer Mike free for download. Enjoy the weekend pimps, players, mack daddies, East Point!
