Just unveiled at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este
Following up to the boxer-engined BMW Concept 90 last year, BMW Motorrad just showed off their Concept Roadster at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. This sportier revamp of the classic roadster has a powerful 2-cylinder boxer engine, single-sided swing arm with cardan drive and a lightweight light blue tubular space frame. Its wedged silhouette bears a low-fronted and high-rear design and is two-tone painted with accents. This newer version of the engine generates 125 bhp at 7,750 rpm from its 1,170 cc engine with a maximum torque of 125 Nm at 6,500 rpm. Some other features include modern shaping of the headlamp and matted LED lights, all in all creating a sleek, technical look.
