It may feel like an infinity since ’93, but Oakland hip-hop legends Souls of Mischief have returned with a new single “There Is Only Now.” Produced by Adrian Younge, and featuring a guest appearance by Snoop “You Got a Dollar, I Got a Verse” Dogg, “There Is Only Now” is a fine return to form for one of the best collectives from the Golden Era of Hip-Hop. It sounds like A-Plus, Opio, Phesto, and Tajai still got it — give a listen to the track below to prep for the upcoming LP coming August 26th, which hopefully will feature cameos from others in their Hieroglyphics crew.
