Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they have to say something. I’m so confused—especially about brewing beer in space. I want it, but I’m not sure if I need it. Apparently they’re using offspring of barley that was once stored at the International Space Station to create about 100 bottles of beer. The researchers are thinking ahead to the day when astronauts must spend extended periods of time in space. They say it’s an experiment about growing food in space. What ever the reason, Sapporo deserves a full 90-degree bow for coming up with the “Space Beer” idea. Even the Belgian monks should take a bow. Why do the Japanese always find a way kick our collective ass?
