Congratulations to America for making a brave choice, the World for helping us see the light, and for everyone that fought and battled against the considerable odds to make Barack Obama victorious — including, in no small part, guys like Shepard Fairey who created that iconic image above that became so ubiquitous people painted it on their houses. When was the last time you saw someone paint a president’s portrait on their home??? (Also, quick shout-out to Z-Trip who also did his part — as big a part as a DJ could, anyways.)

Today is a great day, and for the first time in nearly a decade I can go to bed knowing tomorrow the world will be heading in a better direction…
