Happy Summer Friday people! Before you gather your shit for another weekend BBQ or rooftop pool party, download these breakbeat mixes for some proper sunlit head-bobbing. The first mix is by Deekline & Tim Healey, who are celebrating the launch of their label GIANT PUSSY with a DJ mix featuring exclusives and a sneak preview of their 1st release, the official remix of hip-house legend Fast Eddie’s seminal ’88 hit ‘Yo Yo Get Funky’ (other tracks include Tittsworth (w Kid Sister & Paserock), Rye Rye, and a Stanton Warriors remix of The Beach Boys’ “Good Vibrations”). Si Begg’s version is great, but SoR really give it a sort of old school hardcore feel. Great video too!
