I have a feeling if I ever make it the Ballard store in Seattle, my money will not stay in the wallet for long. I just came across this new tee by Japanese brand Lad Musician. “D J” is the title of Lad Musician’s spring/summer 2009 collection and is also the initials of the collection’s main inspiration, minimalist artist Donald Judd. The art exhibit text is a play on an actual exhibit that took place at PaceWildenstein gallery in New York. Lad Musician’s t-shirts are made from an original Peru pima cotton. The threads are very finely woven which creates a super soft texture that feels a bit delicate to the touch but remains very strong and durable. The slim, slightly shortened fit is perfect for smaller guys. Shit… that excludes me.
