If you haven’t messed around with Ableton’s Live, it’s a pretty amazing program. The downside is the learning curve, which is why this caught my eye. This Wednesday, Nov. 4th in Downtown LA, PUMA and Ableton are teaming up for a party with performances by Thavius Beck, Take and Matthewdavid. It’s all going down at Low End Theory (2419 N. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90031). Before the main event, though, they’re hosting a very special pre-show thing, where you can learn (for free) beatmaking tips and tricks on Live. Plus they have free giveaways from Novation, Odyssey, Dubspot and for those that come early PUMA.  Space is limited people.  Register here.
