Jeremay May's literature and jewelry mashups

Language is fossil poetry. A line once uttered by Ralph Waldo Emerson is becoming a slogan for Jeremay May, creater of Littlefly jewelry. The concept for his new design is basic, but far from ordinary: by putting hundreds of sheets together and laminating them, while finishing off the product with a thin layer of gloss, Jeremay May is making all of your favorite literature accessible on your finger. Well, not exactly accessible, but they look nice. On the site it advertises them as “traveling finger ornaments”, summarizing the new found beauty of mashing jewelry and books. Who knew you could enjoy books without having to go through the trouble of opening the front cover?
