Only 50 of the studio-grade headphones to be created

You may not know the name Crystal Rocked, but you’d recognize their products by the copious crystal bedazzling and gold plating they apply on all sorts of goods. The company has worked with a slew of brands including Tom Ford and Dolce & Gabbana in the design and production of decked out luxury products for the consumer with deep, deep pockets. While they’ve worked with the Beats by Dre brand before, this is the first time they’ve ever done a gold-plated set of headphones for the company known for their quality studio-ready headphones. If you’re in the market for a set of headphones that blend obscene opulence and quality, then the 24 carat gold-plated headphones from Crystal Rocked’s Collector Series are probably what you’re looking for. It took roughly 6 months for the folks at Crystal Rocked to develop the limited edition range that includes only 50 versions — 10 of which will be sold exclusively at Harrod’s London. Featuring Beats Studio’s high definition powered isolation, they are equipped with the 1.3 meters long monster cable that can easily fit your smart phone or portable music player. The headphones come packaged in a handsome walnut box with the serial number and manufacture number 1-50 on the lid, along with the Certificate of Authenticity and warranty. At roughly $2,455 (£1,489), you’d expect the headphones to come with more than a two-year warranty — they should be picking them up at your door for life should any problems arise…
