Always a sad day with the passing of an artist whose work you really enjoyed, and such is the way we feel today with the reported death of DJ Mehdi (aka Mehdi Favéris-Essadi). One of our consistently favorite Ed Banger producers, we feel the best way to pay homage to Mehdi’s work is to enjoy his music, so we’re re-posting his Carte Blanche’s House Party mixtape below — one of our favorite mixes from last year.
