Los Angeles watchmakers Tsovet have released three new styles to add to their brand. Known for their durability and precision, these time pieces feature a clean, minimal design — similar to a Bell & Ross aesthetic. And just like B&R, the styling and functionality are inspired by vintage industrial gauges and avionic instrumentation. The three American designed, Swiss-made pieces added to the collection are the AX87 (above), the GG42 and the QX40, all three made of aerospace-grade 316L stainless steel. The AX87’s 46mm five-piece case features luminous hands and markers. The 42mm GG42 features an eight-piece case, hand applied accent case back with screw closure and corrosion resistant PVD finish. It is water resistant to 10ATM and is available in automatic or quartz. Lastly the QX40 has a 40mm three-piece case rated to 5ATM, and also features luminous hands and markers and a corrosion resistant PVD finish. The AX87 comes in three colorways and costs between $625-$700; the GG42 features two designs and retails between $500-$550; and the QX40 can be yours for $360-$400.
