Based on a single malt with touches of natural sugar & spices
The latest featured product from Master of Malt might just be their most bold yet — a whisky liqueur said to be the world’s oldest. Based on a single malt Speyside scotch matured over half a century in sherry casks, the flavors added (touches of natural sugar and spices) were carefully selected to accentuate the rich, sherried flavours and malt notes — not bury them in sweetness. Expect subtle elements of nutmeg, ginger and manuka honey. Unfortunately the rarity of this blend also means it’ll cost you more than most. To get your hands on the bottle, be prepared to pay close to $1,600 (£1,000).
