So it’s exciting to see the high-end maestros at adidas Consortium re-imagine the sneaker in a quartet of premium materials. Although one of the greatest attributes of the shoe is its minimalist integrity, re-doing it in cracked leather, reptile, textured ostrich and pebbled phoenix leather lends the sneaker a more luxurious look while still retaining its simplicity — especially chromatically, with its fairway green and white colorway. The limited edition four-pack is set to release on January 25th at various outlets, including No 74 Berlin.
