Although defined by its luxurious edge and segment-leading off-road capability, Range Rover has always been a niche brand. Until the Evoque was introduced, that is, and it quickly became the best-selling vehicle from the British off-road marque and firmly established itself as one of the strongest offerings in its segment. Now Land Rover has taken the top level trim from its top-of-the-line Range Rover and implemented it on the Evoque — creating the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Autobiography Dynamic crossover SUV. The “Dynamic” edition being the best of the suite, the AWD truck features a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a 9-speed automatic. The turbocharged four-banger generates a quite capable 285-horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, while also offering torque vectoring for better cornering. Top it all off with a bold tangerine orange paint job, and you have a new crossover SUV that could possibly take a big bite out of the luxury market.
