Turning soldiers back to children
Props to UNICEF for these Child Soldier Toys — sure they look like those ubiquitous green plastic soldiers everyone grew up playing with (actually, do kids even play with those anymore?), but a closer look reveals they’re actually kids at play. It’s a clever and subversive way to bring attention to the global crisis (especially in Africa, of course) of child soldiers.
