Here’s what I learned today while musing about hitting the bottle: So the term “white whiskey” means unaged whiskey. And what that really means is moonshine. Although at $60, it’s a little fancier than any booze made in a bathtub. This bottle of finer rough stuff was crafted by the boutique distillery Charbay’s Master Distiller Marko Karakasevie, and they’re only putting out a limited run of 1200 bottles — each at a gutsy 99 proof.
