Boot maker Palladium hooks up with Los Angeles boutique Mister Freedom for these limited edition denim-based “Palladenim” boots. The relaunched boot company takes its designs from boots it manufactured for decades for the French Foreign Legion, and the Palladenim editions are no exception — this pair is based on the chaussure de brousse jungle boots used in the 1950s. “The PALLADENIM upper is vintage 12 oz. raw selvedge indigo denim, loomed in the USA and sourced directly from Mister Freedom’s extensive archive of vintage ‘New Old Stock’ textiles. The lining is a vintage 100% cotton stripe twill, also from Mister Freedom’s archives. Other features of this unique boot include hand stamped markings on the inside lining using military style ink and original printed sock liner artwork by Mister Freedom. The boot also features an original custom molded ankle rubber logo.” Find them at finer boutiques worldwide, or get them directly from Mister Freedom.
