Known best for their sherried single malts, the Scottish distillery GlenDronach has introduced a 21 Year Old “Parliament” whisky. Resembling a deep amber in appearance, the Highland scotch is ripe with autumnal fruits, most notably blackberries and red plums. The Parliament is matured in a combo of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for 21 years, bottled at 48% and is non chill filtered with a deep amber and cherry wood sheen color. Get a bottle for around $90.
