I haven’t had the opportunity to hear what these Ceramic Speakers can do, but they’re being touted as something for audiophiles. Not sure if $495 for a pair of computer speakers means that they’re Audiophile material, though? To be fair they do have a 1/8” source so they can be used with most high-end systems, but they don’t really look like something you’d want to hook up to a real system. Perhaps I’m wrong. Either way, they sure are beautiful. The speakers are made from porcelain, cork, and Baltic birch and they don’t look cheap at all. The amplifier is made from stainless steel sheet metal, with a cast iron base and Paulownia volume slider. And aside from the electronic components, plastic is completely avoided. Even down to the terminals—this is pure utilitarian beauty.
