Looks like it’s a week for hybrid sartorial chimeras. First there was Lanvin’s half-boot half-shoe, and now Neil Barret drops this Blazer style jacket. It’s essentially a black leather jacket with a black wool blazer front — sort of like the mullet of jackets: party in the back, business up front. The back panel features ribbed detailing at either side, a bit fancy for my taste, and the front features three jetted pockets with flaps, and an additional breast pocket. With the exception of the questionable ribbed detailing, quite a nice jacket. Available for $1,100.
