A lot of people wanna hate on Jeremy Scott’s contributions to the adidas Originals by Originals collection, but I think it’s rad. Would I wear a Teddy Bear on my feet? No. But I do tip my hat to someone who at least comes out with something original for a collaboration titled Originals by Originals. You know, instead of switching out a couple fabrics and putting a reflective swoosh on them and then Tweeting about how your new kicks are the bomb. That is some boring ass shit, and you most definitely cannot call Jeremy Scott’s shoes boring. Whether they have Marble Wings on them or giant Mickey Mouse heads, at least you’ll know no one at the party will be rocking the same kicks. Look out for them for Spring/Summer of 2011.
