We’re incredibly stoked to exclusively present to you the latest video project by world-renowned street artists The London Police. We are humbled — thanks guys for thinking of us! The video, dubbed Pals, is a humorous art piece TLP have contributed to the 7th installment of Scion’s illustrious Installation national art tour. After completing gallery exhibits in Brooklyn, Wichita, and Minneapolis, the Installation tour now makes its way to the final stop in Austin, Texas at Pump Project (702 Shady Ln, Austin, TX 78702) where the exhibit will run until July 30th.
Installation 7 continues with an all-video format first introduced for Installation 6, and features a stellar assortment of artists including David Choe, Cody Hudson & Jared Eberhardt, Franki Chan, Gluekit, Cheryl Dunn, Mackie Osborne, Matt Goldman, Souther Salazar, SSUR and of course The London Police themselves — most famous for their iconic LADS characters above. Enjoy the video for Pals below (set oh-so anxiously to Pachelbel’s “Canon in D Major”), which is only screening right here at Lost In a Supermarket. If you’re in Austin and want to see the video live, check out the Installation 7 now. If you’re intrigued by Pals, and want to see The London Police explain the concept behind the ever-tense video, hit the Jump for an interview…
