Reportedly signed for $3 mill, ASAP Rocky has been all over the map since, directing Detroit rapper Danny Brown’s latest video (whose XXX mixtape we posted this summer) and hitting on tour with Drake. Straight from Harlem, ASAP (“Always Strive & Prosper”) implements some serious Houston twist to his style, while featuring some interesting productions by the likes of the very talented (and somewhat leftfield) Clams Casino.
