Last year we posted the Shwood “Canby” — the Wood Wayfarer, and now the Oregon eyewear company is moving their Canby frame to other materials, namely stone. The “Canby Stone” is real slate attached to a Birch wood frame, with hand-poured pewter inlays to complete the unexpected look. The “Canby Stone” sunglasses will be available in two colors seen above (black and white slate), with only 200 total frames being made — no mention of how many of each color. Each pair will come packaged in a custom felt pouch with embroidered leather patch, and sell for $325.
