Artist Joe Ledbetter has been around these parts before, if you remember his Rainbow Burger Bunny or Fire-cat’s previous water bottle appearance done for Los Angeles toymaker The Loyal Subjects. But looks like Ledbetter ain’t such a loyal subject, for what is special about the his new “fire-cat” is that this it’s his first fully self-produced independent piece. Standing at about 11″ tall and with five points of articulation, the limited edition hot cat — only 400 will be made — is available now for $99.
