There’s a lot to like about this table and lamp inspired by the AT-ATs from Empire Strikes Back. It’s pretty clear that we like AT-ATs and all things Star Wars no matter how ludicrous (tauntaun sleeping bag, anyone?), so this is a natural match. But what takes it one step further is that the design is beautiful in itself — you don’t even need the reference to enjoy the lines and wood work. And the fact that it’s a table, and lamp, at the same time? Well done Lifegoods, well done. I just hope George Lucas isn’t locked up in some gold-plated tower at Skywalker Ranch planning his cease & desist as we speak…
