When you roll up to the track all cool like, you wanna be towing your rice-rocket by a dinged-up F15O? What you wanna look like, a caveman when you take off that helmet? Hell no, that shit is pedestrian. With the impossibly stylish in mind, Ducati unveiled their new collaboration with Toyota at SEMA this month. The Transporter is based thematically on the Ducati Desmosedici RR, the only street legal MotoGP bike ever produced, which sold for a cool €60,000. Hence, the Tundra CrewMax is blazened in signature Ducati cherry finish with white stripes.
The Tundra/Ducati Desmosedici’s Tundra frame is stretched to accommodate a 6.5-foot bed with storage options for track day support. Additional features include flip up bedsides, a motorized loading ramp and integrated tool and spares storage. It even comes with pop-up solar panels for accessory power. Dope.
